About me
Hello!
Thanks for stopping by. My name is Lisa Brown. I was born & brought up in Preston, Lancashire. I left to study Fashion Journalism at the London College of Fashion and subsequently worked at a number of magazines where I developed a strong visual sense and passion for the printed image.
I have a keen interest in art and design. I enjoy spending time outdoors, capturing the beauty of Preston’s award winning local parks, the city’s iconic landmarks and architecture.
Welcome to Preston, my first photographic exhibition took place at The Larder, Preston, in November 2019. I have also exhibited at the Harris Open and had work on display in Rosemary on the Park, a beautiful little cafe located on Preston’s award winning Moor Park. I opened my second exhibition at The Larder on Saturday 22nd October 2022. In February 2023, my image Creeping up to Midwinter was selected by the Brewtime Collective to feature in the Fill the Frame exhibition on Preston Market.
