This classy photo depicts a squirrel peeping out from behind one of the trees that line Avenham Colonnade’s Top Walk. The Top Walk overlooks Preston’s stunning Avenham Park. Avenham and Miller Parks are located in the heart of Preston’s city centre, yet provide a peaceful retreat away from busy life. At the start of 2021, both parks were covered in a blanket of snow, so I went for a peaceful stroll to capture their attractive landscaped gardens and historical structures dusted with snow. This beautiful image will delight anyone who loves Preston’s Avenham and Miller Parks’ wildlife.
